Manotherm has supplied Ireland’s industries with instrumentation for over 67 years. Our in-house traceable calibration laboratory at The Control Centre in Dublin closes the loop: the same company that supplies your pressure, temperature, humidity and electrical instruments now calibrates them, with fully traceable certificates, every calibration tracked, stored online and verifiable on site from a QR code.

Pressure

● Ultra-low differential pressure (the magnehelic-type, HVAC and cleanroom gauges other labs struggle with) right up to 100 bar, including vacuum
● Twin automated calibrators (0.01% FS), each fitted with a four-way manifold: up to four identical instruments calibrated in parallel for fast batch turnaround
● Dedicated low-pressure calibrator for low and ultra-low DP instruments
● Pressure gauges, transmitters, switches and indicators, including smart HART devices

Temperature

● Precision dry-well spanning −40 °C to +155 °C with a traceable secondary-reference PRT
● PT100 and PT1000 resistance thermometers
● Thermocouples of all common types: J, K, T, E, R, S, B and N
● Bimetallic dial and gas-filled thermometers, temperature switches and food probes
● Process temperature transmitters, with combined temperature and electrical calibration in a single visit

Humidity

● 5 %RH to 95 %RH at chamber temperatures from 0 °C to 60 °C
● Relative-humidity probes, data loggers and transmitters calibrated at multiple temperature and humidity set-points
● Automated sequences, including unattended overnight runs, with probe diameters from 6 mm to 16 mm accommodated
● Temperature and humidity data loggers calibrated whole inside the chamber (logger, sensor and all) at combined set-points, exactly as they’ll be used on site
● Dew-point instruments calibrated against our chilled-mirror reference: −40 °C to +90 °C dew point

Electrical

● DC voltage and current, including 4–20 mA loops
● Resistance, frequency and thermocouple millivolt simulation
● Loop indicators, panel meters, process transmitters and switches
● Intrinsically safe multifunction calibrators on hand for instruments that live in hazardous areas

● Every reference standard in the laboratory carries accredited ISO/IEC 17025 calibration
● An unbroken chain of traceability to national standards, so every certificate we issue stands up when the auditor asks
