Robert Gilbert
Managing Director
Robert brings nearly half a century of industry experience to his role as Managing Director. An integral part of the company since 1985, he served as our lead Sales Engineer for decades, establishing himself as the key solutions provider for many of Ireland’s multi-industry projects. He has led the company as Managing Director since 2020, guiding Manotherm with unmatched technical expertise and a strong hands-on commitment to our customers.
Andrew Gilbert
Director of Operations
Joining the team in November 2024, Andrew leads our operations with a blend of entrepreneurial insight and strong financial acumen. He is passionate about business development and fostering team collaboration. In his role, Andrew focuses on optimising our processes and aligning new business strategy to achieve impactful, company-wide goals.
Sunil Mascarenhas
Senior Sales Manager
Sunil is a seasoned professional who leads our sales team. He brings a unique and powerful perspective to the role, drawing from his vast experience as a degree-qualified Design & Production Manager and Process Engineer. Having worked across multiple regulated industries, Sunil is technically proficient and practically minded. This allows him to understand our customers’ operational challenges from an engineering level, offering perfectly tailored solutions that focus on quality, system improvement, and cost reduction.
Tatiane Silva
Financial Analyst
Tatiane joined Manotherm in April 2025 as our Financial Analyst. She brings approximately 8 years of high-level experience in accounting, internal controls, and risk management. Her background includes 7 years in external audit with a “Big 4” firm, giving her deep expertise in evaluating financial processes, risk, and controls under COSO and SOX frameworks. Tatiane is a Part Qualified ACCA and a member of the AIA.
David Gilbert
Marketing & Junior Calibration Specialist
David joined the team in March 2025, taking on a dynamic hybrid role. He supports both the commercial and technical sides of our business, assisting with marketing projects while also training and working in our calibration laboratory.
Declan Byrne
Purchasing and Logistics Operative
Since joining in April 2022, Declan has many years of experience in this role prior to joining Manotherm. He is responsible for managing our vital purchasing and logistics. His role involves sourcing and procuring stock, managing supplier relationships, and coordinating the full logistics cycle to ensure timely and accurate deliveries for our customers.
John O'Reilly
Warehouse Operative
Since joining the team in March 2022, John has been essential to our warehouse operations. He skillfully coordinates all daily orders for shipment, performing key inventory controls and managing shipment quality to enhance customer satisfaction. A proactive member of the team, John also takes care of customers who call into Manotherm looking for help with their instrumentation and control needs.
